Eric Montanez, 21, is the first to be arrested under the city's controversial ordinance that bars feeding large groups of people in downtown parks without a special permit.

オーランド市で、「ホームレス食事制限法」（ホームレス２５人以上に市への許可なく食事を与えてはいけないという法律）による初逮捕者が出た模様。

この記事中の警察当局の人が、"Our job is to enforce the rules"と言っているのには、アイヒマンを連想させるものがある。いったい、何のための法律であり、何のために法律に従うのだろうか。

これは、米国だけの出来事であろうか。昨年の靭公園、今年の長居公園での行政代執行を見る限り、日本においても同じコースを歩んでいかないとも思えない。
